BBT are standard bearers for modern prog, with a sound that evokes the spirit of those legendary 70s bands whilst managing to also be thoroughly contemporary. It's astonishing that over 30 minutes of music of this quality, with such high production values, is being made available for free - and their full albums are also very reasonably priced...

Long-lasting tracks in which we all find what a Prog lover looks for in an album, good mixes of guitars and keyboards, solid and elaborate rhythmic sessions enriched by tempo changes. One of my favourite albums of the past couple of years. A truly original sound I can't really pigeonhole with other bands. Brilliant musicianship from all, soaring vocals - I think I once heard it described as 'an intoxicating mix'. Short tracks but they pack so much variation into a couple of minutes - lyrical to grunge choppy chords in a few seconds. Brilliant.

This might be the least folky of the Wobbler releases and I wasn't sure about it at all. After a few listens however I'm loving the inventiveness and the endless melodies, all driven along by Kristian Hultgren's wonderful percussive bass.
